"But I Have a Receipt"
"Benson Be Gone" is the eleventh episode of season two (and twenty-third episode overall) of Regular Show. On its first airing, it received 1.868 million views worldwide.
Benson is meeting with Mr. Maellard, who is holding Benson accountable for Mordecai and Rigby’s recent shenanigans around The Park. Just then, Mordecai and Rigby accidentally drive Mr. Maellard’s limo into the 3rd story of his house. The next day, Mr. Maellard introduces them to Susan, who is taking Benson’s place as park manager, as he is being demoted into working with Mordecai and Rigby. Mordecai and Rigby try to teach Benson to enjoy having the ability to slack off, and at first, Benson doesn’t enjoy it but adjusts to it and begins doing slacking activities with them. Eventually, Benson becomes a full-time slacker, unlike Mordecai and Rigby but when Susan comes to them, Mordecai and Rigby try to cover themselves where as Benson has developed a worse case of slacking and refuses to work, getting Susan to fire him. Susan then becomes power-hungry, and makes Mordecai, Rigby, Skips, Pops, Muscle Man, and Hi Five Ghost work relentlessly. In one instance, when Mordecai turns toward Rigby, he has a hairdo like Susan's.
Meanwhile, Benson then meets Leon, who is a hobo who used to be the park manager but became (as Leon calls it) a full-time slacker and quit his job (then Benson took over). After seeing what life can be for a slacker, Benson returns to his old personality and runs to the park to get his job back. He is, however, shocked to find Mordecai and Rigby transformed into clones of Susan, due to her enforcement, with almost her full appearance and personality. Afterwords, Susan arrives and tells Benson to get out but Benson convinces Susan that she can't turn people into her and that's not how a person should manage a park. Susan asks him, "What do you know about running a park?" and instead of answering her, Benson tells Mordecai and Rigby to slack off by playing video games. The two of them say they are supposed to clean, but Benson tells them to play or they're fired so Mordecai and Rigby start playing video games, putting up their legs on the table and eating pizza, turning them back to normal. Susan tells Mordecai and Rigby to get back to work, but Benson says not to listen to her. It is then revealed that Susan’s influence has corrupted Pops, Skips, Muscle Man, and Hi Five Ghost, turning them into Susan clones, but still with their facial appearances. Pops tells them to clean up the mess, but Benson tells them to clean it up, turning them back to their old selves a little bit and to save them, Benson tells everyone to slack off, and they all revert to their old selves by doing so.
This drives Susan off the edge and she goes into the ground to return as a giant, who decides to kill everyone with a tall building when they still refuse to work. She picks up Mr. Maellard when he tells her she is disobeying orders and Benson tells him to give him his car keys. He does and Benson drives Mr. Maellard’s limo straight towards Susan; however, Leon gets in and pushes Benson out of the car. He then drives it towards Susan, knocking out both of the heels on Susan’s shoes, causing her to lose balance fall back to the ground, never to return. Leon sacrifices his own life in the process. Benson gets his old job back as park manager and tells Mordecai and Rigby to clean up the mess Susan made or they will be fired; but, they leave to play video games, and despite watching them, Benson gives them a break, glad to have his job back.
