Episode Promos are the names of short clips from a new episode of Regular Show posted on Cartoon Network either after an episode airs or in the middle of some television shows such as Adventure Time, The Amazing World of Gumball, or The Looney Tunes Show and can also be seen during the end of a show's episode and a little before.

- "The Power" - The promo shows Mordecai and Rigby singing their "Don't Look at Our Crotches" song, up to the point where they are about to say "Synchronized."
- "Just Set Up the Chairs" - The promo shows Benson driving a school bus when he says "Happy birthday Jimm..." and Jimmy interrupts by saying "Just drive the bus, you crazy slap jockey!"
- "Grilled Cheese Deluxe" - The promo showed Mordecai saying "You know what would go good with these sandwiches? Funny internet vidoes!," then Benson saying "Go get me another grilled cheese deluxe!."
- "Prank Callers"- The promo showed Mordecai and Rigby pulling their "Joe Mama" prank phone calls, cutting out Skips'.
- "Don" - The promo showed Benson asking "Is there anybody that can help us? Anybody - anybody at all?," and then Muscle Man raising his hand and saying "I know someone who can help." Then it cuts to Don pulling up in his Corvette and Pops saying "He looks just like Rigby!," then Don getting out of the Corvette and asking "Did somebody order an accountant?," and everyone (with the exception of Rigby and Don) laughing.
- "Rigby's Body" - The promo shows Mordecai saying that Rigby's body is going to quit on him, and then he walks out and says that he is just trying to help, and then Rigby goes "Hmm hmm hmm hmm hmm." Then Rigby says that he will "show him." Then the A Split Second Later title card appears, then Muscle Man and Hi Five Ghost are seen angrily running the Snack Bar when Muscle Man asks "Wait, what is that?." Then Rigby bursts in as a consciousness and shouts "Gimme some snacks!," then Hi Five Ghost, scared, asks "W-what are you?," with Muscle Man answering that it looks like a bucket of diarrhea.
- "Mordecai and the Rigbys" - The promo starts with Rigby telling Mordecai about the shirts they bought the night before. The scene then cuts to Mordecai shouts "YES! I wanna be in a band with you!," while downing a can of soda. Then it cuts to him saying that they got to have a cool band name and suggests "Cool Dudes." Then the two suggest the names Face Punch, Helicopter Crash, Rad and Subract, and Mustache Cashstach. Then Rigby says that that is it and Mordecai points to the keyboard on the computer and shouts "Order the shirts!," over and over again. Another promo was made featuring Mordecai and the Rigbys performing with MM in the crowd, swinging his shirt shouting "Come on,ladies, play us a tasty lick!."
- "Ello Gov'nor" - The promo starts with Mordecai shouting "Movie night! I got the popcorn!," then Rigby saying that he got the movie. Then Mordecai shouts at Rigby for getting a horror movie because the previous time he had to walk Rigby to the bathroom for one full week. Then Rigby explains that it is alright because the movie is "old and cheesy" and that it will be funny to watch. Then Mordecai asks if he is sure he is okay, and Rigby explains it is in "black and white." Then the movie starts with the title being read aloud. Then Rigby covers himself with a pillow and whimpers.
- "It's Time" - The promo starts with Margaret explaining that she is moving out of her apartment, and Mordecai explains that he can help. Then Rigby explains that it will be a "moving" expierience for the three of them. Margaret then laughs and Mordecai kicks Rigby, and Rigby accuses him why he did that, and Mordecai says he didn't do anything. Rigby then tells Mordecai is jealous of him, but Mordecai denies, and Rigby explains that he is because he just sits there and mumbles "uh, huh, huh".
- "Appreciation Day" - The promo starts with Benson giving Skips his appreciation plaque because he took the whole year of work without no days off. Everyone starts clapping and Muscle Man then explains to Hi Five Ghost that "is, like, 400 days" and Mordecai and Rigby glare.
- "Peeps" - The promo starts with Mordecai and Rigby getting ready for a staring contest. Rigby begins doing goofy things to distract Mordecai and make him blink, but when Mordecai doesn't budge, Rigby gets out a laser beam and points it at Mordecai's pupil, and Mordecai complains that doing that is "not regulation," but Rigby explains that they are playing by the "street rules." Another promo was made which starts with Benson asking how he can trust Mordecai to win a staring contest when he cannot trust them to do their work. Then he truly cannot trust them to do their work, and Rigby adds that he also can't trust them to fart in his coffee when he is not looking.
- "Dizzy" - The promo starts with Pops explaining he is going to give the best speech he has ever given, but then he (blind-folded) runs into a post, and Mordecai says that they should get some real people for Pops to make a speech to. He then appears at a baseball game, a rock concert, a movie theater, a restaurant, the hospital, and in line at the DMV, where he mutters "Um eh" at all of the above. Then Rigby explains that Pops might not ever be able to make a speech and Mordecai punches him, making him shout "Ow!."
- "My Mom" - The promo begins with Mordecai explaining that Muscle Man is cool, with the exception of his "my mom" jokes. Then Muscle Man is shown in the golfcart with Mordecai, Rigby, and Hi Five Ghost, where he asks if they know who else has the best tacos in the city. Rigby says Benson will fire them if he finds out that they are slacking off. Muscle Man then asks Rigby if he knows who else would fire them if she knew that they were slacking off. Mordecai then explains that they do not have time for his jokes. Muscle Man then asks Mordecai if he knows who else does not have time for his jokes. Then Mordecai and Rigby both groan, causing Muscle Man to ask both of them if they know who else groans, responding that it is his mother, and in the process high-fives Hi Five Ghost.
- "High Score" - The promo starts with Mordecai explaining to Rigby that no one respects them. Then two skateboarding children run them over telling them to "Get outta the way losers!." Then Mordecai and Rigby shake their fists and Mordecai tells them to watch where they are going. In the Coffee Shop, Mordecai then tells Rigby that people respect people who are good at stuff. Then, they see a crowd of people cheering and watching someone play a video game. Mordecai then walks in the crowd and gets one of the kids, telling them that he should apologize after knocking someone over and should have some respect. Then the other kid tells Mordecai to respect their butts, and Rigby says that they should respect his and Mordecai's butts. Another promo was made, which starts Mordecai telling Rigby that it is those kids who ran them over playing the video game, then the two kids are shown beating another level in the video game, which in the process they high-five and shout "Yeeauuuh!" to copy Mordecai and Rigby. Then the taller kid tells Mordecai to beat that score, and Mordecai tells them that he is not a "gramps" and that is only in his 20's. Then the shorter kid tells him he is in his 1920's and chuckles.
- "Rage Against the TV" - The promo starts with Pops explaining to Mordecai, Rigby, Hi Five Ghost, and Muscle Man that there are TVs on Benson's television. Then the five peek inside Benson's apartment's window to see what is on the television. Then a commercial for The TV Store Warehouse is shown. Then Mordecai asks how far away that place is from Benson's apartment. Muscle Man then tells him that it is not that far, and Mordecai explains that they are going "to do it," and go to the Warehouse. Another promo was made, which starts Pops showing Mordecai and Rigby an old-fashioned radio, and Mordecai explains to him that that is a radio and not a television. But Pops then tells him that it is a TV if you close your eyes.
- "Party Pete" - The promo begins with Mordecai and Rigby performing the Party Rap. Then Benson, from a distance, asks them why they are yelling about Hummus. Another promo was made, featuring one of the party guests telling Mordecai and Rigby that the toilet in the bathroom caught on fire, and then hands them the phone telling them an "angry dude named Benson" is on it. Then he walks away.
- "Brain Eraser" - In the episode's original airing in the middle of the Hall of Game Awards, the "Dude What Would Happen?" group told the viewers that Regular Show was coming up next, with the shortest one shouting "OOOOH!." In the episode's re-airing on the Monday after that, the promo began with Mordecai finding Pops' Mustaches Monthly then bringing it upstairs to him, seeing him naked, then running downstairs. Then he tells Rigby that he saw Pops naked, but he is cut off by Rigby waving his smallest finger and saying that that is representing his "junkmail."
- "Benson Be Gone" - The promo begins with Maellard telling Benson how he is running the Park is nonsense and explains some things that have happened that are making the budget go higher. Then Mordecai and Rigby crash through the side of the house and apoligize to Benson because they both cannot drive stick.
- "But I Have a Receipt" - The promo begins with Benson listing some games for game night, then Rigby raises The Realm of Darthon up in the air and Mordecai sings "Bananananana!," and then Muscle Man high-fives Hi Five Ghost and says that it looks like he wins.
- "This Is My Jam" - The promo begins with Rigby saying that he is taking a giant leak, then Mordecai holds up the Solid Bold tape, explaining it their "lame" hit single, Summertime Loving, Loving in the Summer (Time). Then Rigby grabs it and explains that it is his jam. Then Rigby is shown singing the song while eating breakfast, Mordecai tells him to stop and Rigby explains that some stuff just keeps "holding up." Mordecai and Rigby are then shown cleaning the roof and Rigby sings the song, and then they are shown watching television and Rigby sings the song, and then they are shown taking out the trash and Rigby sings the song.
- "Temp Check" - The promo begins with Mordecai saying that Rigby cannot just hire someone to do his work, and then Rigby explains since he is, that it is a huge scam what he is doing, so all of the people who were going to try out walk away, and Mordecai smiles.
- "Muscle Woman" - The promo begins with Mordecai banging on Muscle Man's trailer and hears the shower running. He then asks Muscle Man if he is taking a shower so that he, Rigby, and Hi Five Ghost cannot see him crying. Then Muscle Man responds loudly that what he hears is the sound of the water hitting the drain.
- "Jinx" - The promo begins with Mordecai complaining that people are lazy and throw too much junk on the ground. Then Rigby explains that he likes picking other people's stuff off of the ground, and Rigby explains that he just collects all of the good stuff. Then he and Rigby spot a quarter and Mordecai jinxes Rigby. Then Rigby picks up the quarter and explains that the treasure is his pleausure and Mordecai punches him. Another promo was made featuring Mordecai punching Rigby constantly when he speaks, due to him being jinxed by him. Then the two are shown eating breakfast and Mordecai explains to Rigby that he can break the jinx by having someone say his name 3 times. Rigby then becomes frustarated and tries shouting at Mordecai, but holds himself back, but Mordecai encourages him to speak.
- "See You There" - The promo begins with Mordecai, Rigby, and Muscle Man at the table when Rigby begins choking. Mordecai then performs the hemilich maneuver on him and sends the item he was choking on into Muscle Man's soda, making soda splash in Muscle Man's face. Muscle Man then shrieks and throws the table at the wall and then falls onto the floor and cries.
- "Do Me a Solid" - The promo starts with Rigby asking Mordecai to do him a solid and get him some lemonade, then he asks Mordecai to do him a solid and change the channel so he does not have to get so close to commercial on the television, then Mordecai asks him to change the page in the comic book he is reading, then Rigby asks Mordecai asks Rigby to do him a solid and dry his hands, then Mordecai asks him to fluff his pillow and fold his socks, then Rigby asks Mordecai to put cheese on his nachos, and as Mordecai does so the two start chuckling.
- "Grave Sights" - The promo starts with Mordecai and Rigby suggesting that everyone could watch a scary movie in the abandoned cemetery, and Benson says that it might work. Mordecai then says it is going to work and performs a rap about how it is going to work with Rigby, then Benson interrupts their rap and tells them to quit singing or they are fired, then they finish singing and Mordecai says they will go get the movie.
- "Really Real Wrestling" - The promo starts with Mordecai asking Rigby if he is trying to make him mad, then he slides down the stairs in a wrestling suit and Rigby bursts into the room in a wrestling suit. Then Mordecai explains to "Mysterious Mr. R" that he ("Madman Mordo") is not taking him downtown, but 6 feet underground then rips his shirt. Then the two, in slow motion, fight.
- "The Night Owl" - Rigby is shown asking Mordecai if they will run into their past selves, and Mordecai explains that you cannot meet yourself in any given moment in time, and Rigby says that that makes sense. Then Muscle Man explains that if it does happen, that they could just fight to the death with their copies, then they all laugh, and their past selves stare at them in awe.
- "Over the Top" - The promo begins with everyone laughing, and then Benson orders Skips to arm-wrestle him. Skips does so and beats Benson. Then Rigby says "Now me" and everyone laughs. Skips then explains that he will go easy on him, and Rigby ends up beating him and says that a hater is going to hate and everyone cheers and laughs, while Skips is astonished.
- "A Bunch of Baby Ducks" - The promo begins with the ducks and Mordecai shouting "OOOOH!," and then Mordecai explains that that is the third they had beaten Rigby. Then Benson walks in and asks Mordecai and Rigby if they had cleaned the fountain yet. Mordecai then tells him they have not because they are still looking for an owner for the ducks. Then Benson threatens to fire them if they do not find them a safe home. Then the ducks shout "OOOOH!" and Mordecai tells them that that is not cool anymore.
- "More Smarter" - The promo begins with Rigby telling Mordecai that you cannot use school education in everyday life. Then Benson walks in and tells them to solve a hard math problem involving a turtle cage. Rigby then mumbles questioningly as Mordecai smiles.
- "First Day" - The promo begins with Rigby putting his hands in a scissor shape and saying that he and Mordecai should play Rock-Paper-Scissors. Pops then says he adores that game, though where he comes from it is called "Quartz, Parchment, Shears."
- "Go Viral" - The promo begins with Mordecai vidoe-taping Rigby on a trampoline, Rigby begins doing funny stuff then jumps and hits his head off of a tree branch.
- "Skunked" - The promo begins with Mordecai and Rigby finding a dead skunk on the road. Then Rigby goes up to it and says it is dead, and he and Mordecai shouts "BINGO!," then the skunk wakes up and sprays Rigby. Then he asks if Rigby thinks he can go up to a guy in the daylight and mug him.
- "Karaoke Video" - The promo begins with Mordecai and Rigby watching the video tape that Carrey O'Key gave him. While watching, they see them trash-talking their fellow workers, and then they appear with wide eyes.
- "Stick Hockey" - The promo begins with Mordecai and Rigby playing fooseball and Rigby asks Benson if it called "Fool's Ball." Then Rigby swings his stick and the ball hits Mordecai in the eye. Then Benson asks if they are getting the idea.
- "Bet to Be Blonde" - The promo begins with Rigby shouting "Oh my blonde!," then saying that who knew that winning a bet would be that funny. Then he tells Mordecai that he is going to call him Blondecai instead. Then Rigby asks how many Blondecais does it take to drink a cup of coffee, and says only one - Mordecai. Then he walks away and tells "Blondie" to watch his coffee.
- "Skips Strikes" - The promo begins with Skips bowling and getting a strike and Rigby, Mordecai, and Benson shout "OOOOH!." Then another team next to them says that they would not be so good if it wasn't for Skips. Then Mordecai says that they cannot help that he is "plain awesome."
- "Terror Tales of the Park" - The promo begins with Rigby jumping out from a bush as a robber and scares a lady, telling her to give him some candy. Then she runs inside with the candy. Rigby then says "Aw man!."
- "Camping Can Be Cool" - The promo starts with Mordecai and Rigby inviting Margaret and Eileen to go camping with them. Then Rigby asks Margaret if her boyfriend will mind her going camping with them, and Margaret says that she does not have a boyfriend because "guys are the worst" and then Mordecai gives Rigby a surprised face.
- "Slam Dunk" - The promo starts with Mordecai and Rigby on the computer when Muscle Man and Hi Five Ghost come in saying it is their time on the computer. Mordecai and Rigby then look out the window and see them playing basketball again, and Mordecai says to forget this and they go on the computer, but Muscle Man and Hi Five Ghost appear and Muscle Man asks if he did not make himself clear to them.
- "Cool Bikes" - The promo starts with Benson not admitting that Mordecai and Rigby look cool. So, Mordecai and Rigby make a bet with Benson stating that if Benson admits their cool, then they get their golf cart back. Benson states that that admting their cool would never happen. Then, Rigby says that when they win, they would say "In your face!' Then Benson says, "Then I'll be like GET BACK TO WORK!"
- "Under the Hood" - The promo starts with Benson ordering Mordecai and Rigby to clean graffiti off of the wall of a restroom. Then Rigby say he wants to find the person who painted the graffiti so he can growl at (and possibly strangle) them, and Mordecai says the painter is probably hiding somewhere laughing at them. Then they see Muscle Man leaning on the golfcart laughing at them with Hi Five Ghost with a suspicious orange substance on his shirt.
- "Eggscellent" - Mordecai and Rigby are going over how they'll win a new hat for Rigby. Rigby says it would be easier if Mordecai ate the omelette instead of buying it because he thought buying it would be lame.
- "Gut Model" - Muscle Man suspects Mordecai and Rigby of planning something. They confess that they did plan something, then they start dancing and singing a song they wrote for Muscle Man to congratulate him for becoming a gut model.
- "Video Game Wizards" - The promo starts with Skips talking to Mordecai about going over some strategy before the Game Inferno Tournament. Rigby then asks to play his mixtape, and does so. A song that Rigby recorded about him being mad that Mordecai didn't pick him plays throughout the rest of the promo.
- "Big Winner" - The promo starts with Muscle Man getting the fake lottery ticket from Mordecai and Rigby on his birthday. He matches three one million dollar spaces and gets so excited he runs off the table and spins around on the ground in excitement.
- "The Best Burger in the World" - The promo features Skips, Muscle Man, Hi Five Ghost, and Pops talking about how good the burger is. The short promo shows Benson telling Mordecai and Rigby that he doesn't have that much work for them to do, then Mordecai and Rigby respond with a "hmm-hmm."
- "Replaced" - The promo shows M&R conversing with Jeremy and Chad about whether a two-headed dinosaur or a robotic Bigfoot would win in a fight. The short promo shows M&R in the living room sleeping, where it is very messy. Mordecai suddenly remembers that they were supposed to meet Benson 2 hours ago. Rigby throws down his "Pizza King" crown and says "Pizza king not happy!" in anger.
- "Trash Boat"- The promo starts with Mordecai, Benson, Muscle Man, Hi Five Ghost, and Pops welcoming back Rigby using his new name, Trash Boat. The short promo shows Benson telling Rigby to pick up his name tag, and when Rigby puts it on, Benson chuckles and says, "Never gets old!"
- "Fists of Justice"- The promo starts with Skips meditating. Then, Mordecai and Rigby leave him a voicemail telling Skips to, "Pick up the phone!"
- "Yes Dude Yes"- The shorter promo starts with Rigby saying that Mordecai smells like something died. Mordecai then says, "Something did die inside of me. My heart." Rigby then says,"What, you don't need a heart!" The longer version shows Rigby setting up an account for Mordecai on an internet dating website called Couple Corral.
- "Busted Cart"- The promo starts with Mr. Maellard telling Benson that he's, "Really putting this park together." However, shortly after that, it shows Mordecai and Rigby chasing the golf cart, and it hits a tree. The longer promo shows Benson, Mordecai, and Rigby driving a car, and Mordecai and Rigby have to do what Benson says. However, when Mordecai and Rigby drive to give Benson water and napkins, they fly in his face, and Benson drives the car out of control. He drives it so out of control, that a police officer pulls them over.
- "Dead at Eight"- The promo shows Muscle Man in Death's Soul Amulet, saying to Rigby, "You couldn't put a kid to sleep to save your lives," then Rigby says that it's his life at stake, then Muscle Man says, "You shut your face, you're lucky i'm stuck in this ball!" The longer promo shows Muscle Man Sliding down his slide with Mordecai and Rigby cheering him until the slide breaks, making Muscle Man hit his trailer, a tree, and his car.
- "Access Denied"- The promo shows Rigby saying,"Man why is Margaret having her party at a club? Clubs are so lame." Then Mordecai says, "Yeah, but you know what's not lame? Dancing with Margaret!" The longer promo shows Mordecai beatboxing and saying that he's going to show Margaret his moves and then make his move, and then it shows the next scene with Mordecai still beatboxing and dressed up along with Rigby
- "Muscle Mentor"- The promo with Benson saying, "Oh! So, you want a mentorship program. Well, I'll give you a mentorship program. Benson talks to Muscle Man through a walkie-talkie, and gets Muscle Man to come to the house. The scene switches to Muscle Man with Rigby in a harness Muscle Man is wearing, and Muscle Man says, "Hey, everyone look, it's Rig-Baby!" Then the voiceover says when the episode will be airing.
- "Trucker Hall of Fame" - The promo start with Muscle Man telling Mordecai and Rigby memories about him and Muscle Dad. The first was his dad telling a "My Wife" joke to one of his trucker buddies on the radio, the second was a bucket of water fell on teenage Muscle Man and Starla when they where going to prom.
- "Out of Commission" - The promo start by Benson telling everybody that they got a new cart call the Smarten Karten. Everybody likes it expect Mordecai and Rigby.
- "Fancy Restaurant" - The short promo shows Muscle Man coming out of a dressing room, dressed in a tuxedo and with gelled hair. Mordecai and Rigby compliment him for looking great, but, the outfit is too small for Muscle Man, and the tuxedo rips, and the gel splits The long one shows Starla's parents want to meet Muscle Man, and they want to have dinner at a good restaurant. Muscle Man recommends Wing Kingdom, but Starla thinks it is a bad idea. She says she has a better idea, and takes him to a fancy restaurant, where Muscle man looks in through a window and says, "Oh no, Bro."
- "Diary" - The promo start with Mordecai and Rigby are at Margaret's house and he's upset that they broke the lock on her diary. At first, Rigby didn't think it was a big deal but the Mordecai's tells him that if Margaret found it broken she'll think that they read it. They show Rigby having some glue and Mordecai keep on telling him to put one drop but Rigby put too much due to Mordecai making him nervous. Mordecai tries to clean it with a napkin but a pecie of it rip and he said "Aw man!."
- "The Best VHS in the World" - The promo start with Mordecai is calling The Movie Shack Hut Employee and ask him how much money to replace the tape. He found it cost a 1,000 dollars due to it being really rare. Then Mordecai tells Rigby either they find the DVD, pay a 1,000 dollars, or have their thumbs broken. Rigby start to panic and look in their messy rooms saying "We dont have that kind of money! And I really enjoy my thumbs!."
- "Prankless" - The promo starts with Muscle Man and Hi Five Ghost setting up a prank for Mordecai by taping his bed on the ceiling. Then Pops came in to grab his balloon, but the balloon touched the bed, so it fell on Pops. He starts to cry.
- "Death Bear" - Two promos been shown. The short is Margaret, Mordecai, Rigby, and Eileen walking to the park zoo. Eileen then sticks her head into a lion statue prenting to be a lion tamer. The long shows Rigby explaining the legend of the Death Bear to Margaret and Eileen. After Rigby finishes, Mordecai scoffs.
- "Fuzzy Dice" - The short promo is Muscle Man spoiling the surprise for Pops birthday, and telling Benson he's saying what's on his mind since he's real like that. The long promo shows the counter guy said that the fuzzy dices cost one million tickets. Muscle Man ask if they can buy the tickets but there a penny each. Rigby think it's cost ten bucks but Mordecai tells it's 10,000 so Benson said they are going to have to play some games in order to get the dices and Skips said "Uh yeah we where right here the whole time."
- "Sugar Rush" - The short promo shows Rigby saying getting the dounts was easy which Mordecai agrees on giving each other high fives and saying "yeah." The long promo shows Benson telling Mordecai and Rigby not to pass the donuts out, and he wants a whole wheat donut. Mordecai and Rigby began rapping until Benson said "JUST BUY THE DONUTS OR YOUR FIRED!"
- "Bad Kiss" - The narrtor said "Next time on a very special Regular Show" it shows Mordecai in the car with Margaret. Mordecai laugh nervously and gulps. Some romatic music plays and they show some past clips like "Meat Your Maker", "It's Time", "Camping Can Be Cool" and they lean over for a kiss and Mordecai saying 'I'm gonna make my moves!"
- Exit 9B" - This is the first episode of seaosn 4. This shows the park gang being attack by a myteriosues man and shooting them with a stunned gun. He also blew up the house and they show the new main character Thomas.
- "Starter Pack" - The preview is shorter than usual. Thomas the goat sits down on the park steps, but they collapse. It turns out that Muscle Man and Hi-Fives pranked him and then Muscle Man farts in his face when Thomas' mouth was open.
- "Terror Tales of the Park II" - The long promo begins with a shot of the house. A screen shows saying "Every tale of terror", followed by Mordecai saying "How about some scary stories?" Another screen shows saying "Has a beginning" followed by a screaming Mordecai rubbing his eyes. Another screen says "A middle" followed by the TV flashing "GAME OVER". The last screen shows "And an untimely end" followed by the scene where Mordecai bumps into Uncle Steve. He gets his tie stuck in the return machine and falls into it, which cuts to a tree being chipped. The promo ends with Mordecai screaming "NO!" The short promo starts with Mordecai saying "How about some scary stories?" A screen shows "3 Hours Later", then shows Pops whimpering in fright.
- "150 Piece Kit" - The promo starts with two guys unloading the "Drumotron VI" from a truck. The gang all says "Whoa" in awe. The machine does a drum fill, and Skips says "That was the most realistic drum fill I've ever heard!" Benson disagrees, saying it was a joke. The rock band players all say "Oooooh" and the one in the middle asks Benson what happened to his hair. Benson angrily replies that it's hereditary. The short promo cuts off the part with Benson, having it end with Skips commenting on the drum fill.
- "Bald Spot" - In the short promo, Mordecai and Rigby stand over Muscle Man, with Rigby stating that he didn't know Muscle Man was bald. Muscle Man is then seen sitting on the bench, squealing in disappointment about the hair growth formula not working, falls, and rolls away. In the long promo, Muscle Man is seen mowing, with a combover obscuring his bald spot, before being stopped by Skips, who lets him know that he's not fooling him with the combover, and shows that he has one himself. Skips then states that, after four hundred years, he'll get used to it. After hearing this, Muscle Man squeals and runs away.
- "Guy's Night" - In the long promo, Muscle Man instructs Pops that, in the milk chugging game, he must hold the jug over his head, or it won't count. Pops then starts chugging as Muscle Man, Mordecai, Rigby and Hi Five Ghost cheer. Pops then lets go of the jug, and runs off to the bathroom, as the other four look on in dismay. In the short promo, a toilet is heard flushing as Pops steps out of the bathroom, looking weak.
- "One Pull Up" - Rigby tells everybody that he's going to do a pull-up like a real man, he tries and everybody watches him, Pops says it's embarrising, Mordecai tells Rigby not to mess around, but RIgby tells him that he's trying, Muscle Man then makes a noise and Rigby yells "STOP TALKING!"
- "The Christmas Special" - Christmas Eve/Saravejo 12/24 is playing while a montage of scenes from the christmas episode happen.
- "TGI Tuesday" - In the short promo, Rigby says that Tuesday will be the new Friday and Muscle Man says "That's Bald, bro!" In the long promo, Rigby tells Mordecai and Eileen that they might never see Margaret again, then Mordecai tells them that they should throw Margaret a party then he shouts "OOHH!" and Rigby, Eileen and Mordecai shout "T.G.I. Tuesday!"
- "Firework Run" - Hector comes out of his shed and Muscle Man says "Hey, Hector!" then Hector clicks his neck both ways and says "Muscle Man!"
- "Sandwich of Death" - The promo starts with Mordecai and Rigby entering the Death Kwon Do Place and the Sensei saying "Can I help you?" Then sees that it is
Mordecai and Rigby and Mordecai says "Hey!"
