The Grill 'Em Up Truck makes its first and only appearance in "The Best Burger in the World". The head chef is Ajay Maldonaldo. The truck is renowned by Food Truck Armageddon for serving 'the best burger in the world', the Ulti-Meatum once every centennial. They only allow one per customer. After opening the truck, the employees cross their arms, put them up parallel in the air and high-five. The truck ends up rolling into the Crash Pit with both employees still inside.
The Grill 'Em Up truck acts as a reference to the real life food truck, "Grill 'Em All," winners of season 1 of "The Great Food Truck Race." Essentially, the Ulti-Meatum references "Grill 'Em All's" famous sandwich, the Behemoth. While the Ulti-Meatum is an exaggerated in its preparation, it resembles the Behemoth. The Behemoth consists of cheddar cheese, bacon, beer-soaked onions, pickles, BBQ sauce, and in place of buns are two grilled cheeses.
The exterior of the Grill 'Em Up Truck is black, with the name written in red. Under the name is a skull with a chef hat and wings at the top of it and two lightning bolts with trolls on top. The side of the truck opens to reveal a counter for people to order from and there are two menu sheets stuck on the left side.
