Kevin is seen in "House Rules", as a prank caller. He lives in the Land of No Rules. He likes to prank call people in his telephone booth. He may have a close relation to the No Rules Man, since the No Rules Man said, "Oh yeah, that was probably Kevin."

AppearanceEdit

He seems to be a man, probably in his thirties or forties. He appears to have orange, or strawberry blonde hair, and is wearing a white suit with a tie, with a brown leather, baggy jacket. He has grey dress pants, with brown boots. He also has a brown suitcase with him in his telephone booth.

PersonalityEdit

Kevin seems to like prank calling people like he did with Mordecai. He also seems to have mood swings or very strange behaviour as he shouted "I HATE YOU!" at the end of prank calling Mordecai.
