The guys help Pops train. To speed it up, Earl uses the ancient art of 'Montage'. However hearing the montage music all day, the annoyed Mordecai and Rigby decide to change up the music with some speed metal, which threatens to destroy the park when Pops starts montaging out of control.
In space, an officer comes into Anti-Pops' control room. Anti-Pops asks if there is any news locating Pops and the officer replies that they are still searching for him in various different galaxies. Anti-Pops then asks for his noodles, and observes that there is no special sauce (he doesn't know that the special sauce is in fact the sauce that is on top of the noodles). He goes to the restaurant website and tries to rate the meal negative stars, but finds out he cannot, and calls the restaurant. When he finds out the lowest rating is 0 stars, he flies into a rage and destroys the phone. Earl senses this and remarks that Anti-Pops is getting stronger. Meanwhile, Pops is training with the guys but he doesn't even want to touch the wood planks as he thinks they will become beautiful furniture. Most of the guys give up and go away, leaving only Mordecai and Rigby. To speed it up, Earl uses the ancient art of 'Montage'. However hearing the montage music all day, the annoyed Mordecai and Rigby decide to change up the music with some speed metal, which threatens to destroy the park when Pops starts starts going out of control and end up trapping the Park crew in a montage.
- Rigby says a quote by Muhammad Ali which is "Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee".
- The song Mordecai and Rigby used for Pops' training montage is "Through the Fire and Flames" by DragonForce.
- When asked about how long the song goes, Mordecai says it is 5 and a half minutes. The album version of the song actually goes almost seven and a half minutes.
