But my other account is blocked. I need to use this one.

You have to wait out your block until it is up and learn your lesson.

What is my punishment?

Your sock puppet account is blocked indefinitely and reported to wikia for de-activation. Your blocked account's block is also extended by a month. If you do this action again, your main account and your new sockpuppet will be blocked indefinitely.
