She appears to be a MALE Cardinal. They changed it to Red Breasted Robin when that little issue was pointed out. Unfortunately for them Red Breasted Cardinals are not crested & have blackish brown feathers with a red belly, so it doesn't hold up.

The reason Eileen exists is because she is a part of Margaret, exactly in the same way Rigby is a part of Mordecai. Rigby is the wild, ADHD personality of Mordecai (the author), while Mordecai himself is the personality restraining Rigby. In Margaret's case, her other personality is insecure, as represented in Eileen, but she tries to put forth the positive values of Eileen by being caring and kind.

Magaret has only been in 22 out of 79 episodes according to this. I know she is Mordecai's love interest, but she doesn't even work at the park! I think that spot should be saved for Thomas.
