The Book of Park Records appeared in "Appreciation Day". It is, as its name implies, the book in which the boss of the park writes about the groundskeepers. It is revealed that if someone writes something in the book that hasn't happened yet, it comes true.

AppearanceEdit

It's brown and has an old style to it. The letters are a lighter shade of brown and say "Book of Records".

TriviaEdit

• Even though Mr. Maellard is confirmed to be the owner/boss of the park, Benson is in charge of the book, and it even belongs on his desk.
• When Mordecai and Rigby pick up the book for the first time, it respirates.
• It is possible that Leon once kept it, since was also a park manager (formerly), being succeeded by Benson.
