William (Bill) Salyers (born August 16, 1964) is a voice actor on Regular Show. He voices the protagonist Rigby. Salyers has voiced Rigby ever since the pilot. He voices several minor characters as well, such as the Free Store Worker in "Free Cake", Francois in "Rap It Up"
